IET Lucknow deployed an online Complaint Management System in March 2022, The System is based on a popular Open Source Project OSTicket. 

Prerequisites

Using the Online Complaint System

  • The System can be used in 3 Modes
  • Every Support request is allotted a Ticket Number for tracking.
  • Support Requests are assigned to Departments/Staff depending on the request.
  • The requests are handled by various departments and updates regarding the same are posted which are also intimated to requester via email
  • Support Requests are closed when the request is completed, in the user is unsatisfied with the response the response could be replied via email/web and the Ticket is reopened for resolution.
