IET Lucknow deployed an online Complaint Management System in March 2022, The System is based on a popular Open Source Project OSTicket.

Using the Online Complaint System
IET Lucknow Central Library adopted Open Source Library Management System KOHA in February 2019, and since then the Isuue and Returns in the Library are being done using this system, in addition to the same patrons are able to access and search the Library Catalog online using https://library.ietlucknow.ac.in patrons can also access their account using the @ietlucknow.ac.in Login which shows the reading history, fines etc.
IET Lucknow Website www.ietlucknow.ac.in was launched on 27th September 2017, The Website is built on the popular Open Source Content Management System Drupal. The website integrates various services for Students and General Public, it is an state-of-art designed website which is more of an application less of a website as the same is entirely managed by its users i.e faculty members, heads and various officials.
All the Students, Faculty & Staff members are provided with Official E-Mail Accounts on the domain ietlucknow.ac.in. Various Services (Eforms, Library, Intranet, LeMS etc) use the same for Authentication of users using this source of Authentication making it much simpler.
E-Mail Accounts for Students (2017 on wards) are even continued after graduation from the institute.
