Modern devices may provide a pleasant atmosphere for residents while using minimal power is included in smart buildings. Most electrical power consumption maintains the desired comfort in the domestic building. Three key factors that affect indoor comfort are temperature, light, and indoor air quality. We need such an energy management system whose efficiency is maximum. The technique strives to achieve the ideal values for the three parameters. An energy management and information-based system with minimum energy utilization and maximum comfort level by minimizing the error between the actual parameter and the involved parameter. We will use optimization algorithms (JAYA Algorithm, Particle Swarm Optimization, Genetic Algorithm and Grey Wolf) and compare these algorithms. This solution offers thermal parameters (Temperature and Relative Humidity), Illumination Level (lumens), and Indoor Air Quality (PM2.5 and PM 10). The proposed system is energy-efficient and manages a high comfort level for the user.
